About This Product

■Features

・Continuous rotation without backlash, MTBF20,000 hours ・Adopts 8,000cts/rev rotary encoder for DC motor, resolution 0.0005° ・Unique two-piece bearing design realizes compact and excellent rocking and eccentricity ・A low-cost stepper motor version with high motion sensitivity is available. The URS series provides precise 360 ​​degree continuous motion in a low profile package. URS series stages use uniquely designed ball bearings to achieve excellent rigidity, high reliability, and excellent oscillation and eccentricity. In addition, the inclined arrangement of the worm screw provides four symmetrical mounting holes, allowing for better retention of off-axis loads. Additionally, adjustable limit switches prevent excessive travel (except URS50B) and a flexible preload system ensures backlash-free operation at 20,000 hours MTBF. The DC motor version features an ultra-high resolution 8,000 counts/revolution encoder mounted on the worm screw for highly accurate motion with excellent bi-directional repeatability. The DC motor version also offers the highest dynamic speed range, allowing rotation speeds of up to 80 degrees/second. The stepper motor version is a low-cost solution for less demanding applications, where its high output torque minimizes the risk of missing steps and provides excellent linearity between the number of commanded steps and stage movement. Masu. URS is also available in vacuum compatible versions up to 10e-6hPa. Additionally, the CONEX-URS50BCC is a URS50BCC rotary stage with a built-in CONEX-CC controller/driver, which is pre-installed to an extremely high level for immediate use right out of the box. The CONEX-CC is a very compact, low cost driver used in Newport's low power DC servo motor driven equipment. MSCABLE-3 3m cable included.
