About This Product

It is a fixed semiconductor material gas detection unit of the sensor unit replacement method. Ideal for detection of semiconductor material gas leakage in semiconductor factories. ･ Since it is possible to send a calibrated sensor unit and exchange it at hand, it is not necessary to proofread the gas on site. ･ Compatible with NF3 detection ･ Compatible with MODBUS (RS-485/Ethernet) (PS-7-M) * Ethernet communication is compatible with PoE ･ CE standard, SEMI standard conformity
