About This Product
It is used to measure the elastic modulus, yield strength, and strength of materials such as metals and plastics. We also perform destructive tests on products and evaluate the quality of assembly during the process.
■Tension and compression material testing machine pursuing multi-function and simple operation
The display and operation switches are consolidated on the front operation panel, and the design prioritizes ease of use. Data processing software allows test control, data analysis, and aggregation from a PC.
■Uses in-house high-precision load cell and control system
A multifunctional and easy-to-use structure that utilizes our in-house high-precision load cell and digital indicator know-how. There are plenty of safety devices.

High precision, high functionality, and simple operation tensile compression testing machine (material testing machine)
■High precision
Supports ±1% of the indicated value (JIS class 1) and ±0.5% of the indicated value (JIS class 0.5) in the range of 1/1 to 1/500 of the load cell capacity. The speed range is 0.1 to 500mm/min, and the speed accuracy is ±0.5% of the set speed or ±0.0025 mm/min, whichever is greater.

・Test starting point automatic return function (overshoot-less), test condition registration,
・Arbitrary setting manual speed (3 speeds), analog output of test force and position, compatible with continuous repeated tension and compression tests

50kg less mass and 100mm less width than conventional product (compared to TG-10kN)

・Single-phase AC100V to 115V
・The manual speed used for position setting before testing can be arbitrarily set to 3 speeds.
