■Easy filling amount adjustment with touch panel
Equipped with "filling amount correction function". By inputting the target filling amount on the touch panel and the actual filling weight, the filling pump stroke can be automatically corrected, making it easy to set the filling amount in a short time.
■Easy and convenient liquid level tracking filling
The nozzle lifting speed can be freely controlled to accommodate the liquid level during filling, which fluctuates depending on the bottle shape, filling amount, and characteristics of the object to be filled, making it easy to set liquid level-following filling. This allows for speedy filling without foaming or spills.
■Easy disassembly and cleaning
Disassembly and cleaning of the filling pump is one of the factors that greatly affects the time it takes to change types. At NAMICS, we have thought about how to easily and quickly disassemble and clean the filling pump, and have improved the structure to be simple and reduced the number of parts to the limit. We have tried to reduce the number of parts. Also, we have adopted a sani clamp so that it can be easily disassembled and assembled.
■Selectable filling head
Since each pump has an independent drive source, you can freely select from 1 to 4 filling heads, and the filling stroke can be adjusted individually for highly accurate filling. It is also possible to use different machines depending on the number of production and capacity of the day.
