■GalvaLok (GalvaLok series)Galva Lock is an insulock tie (cable band) developed for bundling and fixing cables and piping near rack systems.

- Binding and securing cables and piping around galvanized steel plates used outdoors.
・Coastal areas affected by salt damage. Mountainous areas and areas with heavy snowfall that may be affected by snow melting agents, anti-freezing agents, etc.

■Point Why is "Galva Lock" necessary?In the following harsh environments, cable ties may be affected by corrosion products (zinc chloride, calcium chloride, etc.) around solar panel frames and construction steel materials (galvanized steel sheets, etc.) such as roofing materials. You may receive

・Coastal area (flying salt from seawater)
・Snowy areas/mountain areas (snow melting agents, antifreeze agents), etc.

The commonly used 66 nylon insulation ties are not resistant to these corrosion products and may break due to solvent cracks*. Galvalock is a cable tie made of 11 nylon, which has higher resistance to corrosion products compared to 66 nylon.

*Solvent crack (environmental stress crack/chemical crack): A phenomenon in which cracks occur from within the resin due to penetration of solvents or chemicals into the resin.
<Note> Ultraviolet deterioration and solvent cracking are different phenomena. Galvalock's degradation due to UV rays is equivalent to that of 66 nylon weather-resistant grade.

■Standard shapeThis is a product in the shape of a normal cable tie. The number in the model number indicates the approximate length. It has a head structure that allows for secure fixation with light insertion resistance, and the edges of the strap have a smooth design that does not put strain on the operator or the object to be tied.
