About This Product

■Special purpose type

・Highest heat resistance of plastic resin Insulok ・Can be used from -55℃ to +240℃ It has the second highest chemical resistance after fluororesin types, and also has excellent radiation resistance, weather resistance, flame retardancy, abrasion resistance, and impact resistance. It also has insulation properties, which is a characteristic of plastic resin.

■Applications

High chemical resistance and radiation resistance in high temperature environments, including semiconductor and display panel manufacturing industries, various plants, drilling equipment, aircraft, railway vehicles, medical equipment, sterilizers, dryers, OA equipment, automobiles, shipbuilding, etc. , for harsh environments where flame retardancy is required. A plastic insulok that is extremely heat resistant up to 240℃. Can be used when metal bands are not available and high environmental resistance is required. In addition, by taking advantage of the properties of plastic resin, it has excellent insulation properties and can be tied flexibly. It also has chemical resistance second only to fluororesin, and is not attacked by anything other than some chemicals such as concentrated sulfuric acid. It also has excellent radiation resistance, weather resistance, flame retardancy, abrasion resistance, and impact resistance. It is also effective as a countermeasure against outgassing as it generates less gas.
