NTR (New tie wrap reel)

■Flame retardant/standard type (NTR type) Material: 66 nylon

- Rounded design that does not damage cables. ・The lock is a self-locking mechanism made of corrosion-resistant copper alloy. ・This is a high-performance long band designed for versatility so that users can create new applications.

■Features of new tie wrap reel

This product was developed to greatly improve workability, reliability, and safety when installing or expanding replacement/communication cable bundles and power lines (inside stations) to the child girders of vertical racks. The world's first cable tie, the know-how accumulated through experience and experience with tie wraps, is utilized in the new tie wrap reel.

■Features

・It has a large holding force in the vertical direction, making it possible to tie up to 200 strands of 64-core communication cables, thick power cables, etc. to vertical sub-girder racks. A bundle of vertical cables is tightened to the rack childer from both directions (left and right) with the heads at the surface. This allows for accurate and uniform work. - Can be cut to any length depending on the number of cables. Setting the head onto the strap is easy and smooth, and a special tool (WT3D) allows for tightening and cutting without damaging the cable. ・Excellent flame retardancy with an oxygen index of 29 or higher (according to JIS K 7201 test method).

■Effect

- 60F cable 200 lines 1 floor 15 When binding the child girders, the work time is approximately 1/20th compared to binding with hemp thread. - Workability becomes even easier when expanding. ・Uniform binding is possible even if different workers perform the work. ・Even when working at heights, time can be significantly shortened and the level of danger reduced.
