About This Product
■What is the marine hydraulic valve S series?
A proportional control spool type operation valve designed for marine use. You can add functionality by installing options. Mainly controls winches used in deck machinery and fishing machinery mounted on ships. This is a flow rate adjustment switching valve (proportional control valve) with pressure compensation function that is ideal for conditions where the load fluctuates from no load to rated pressure and the working speed fluctuates from stop to rated speed. By operating a single lever, the winch device can be reeled in, stopped, and extended at continuously variable speeds, allowing for shockless start and stop operations.
We offer both series and parallel circuits. We also offer PC multi-operation valves that can operate multiple hydraulic actuators compactly without piping. The main body material is ductile cast iron, making it a sturdy product that can withstand the ship classification standards of each country and long-term use at sea. In addition to the basic function of a switching valve, this is a compound valve that incorporates a pressure compensation valve, safety valve, and high pressure selection port.
■PC operated valve for series circuit MSVSS-□□-□-□-□-□
This is a spool-type manually operated valve for series circuits that has a flow control function with pressure compensation. Equipped with a pressure compensation function, it is possible to control the actuator speed without being affected by load fluctuations.
■Product features
・Flow rate control is possible in proportion to the lever operation angle.
・Built-in safety valve, adjustable between 3.5 and 24.5 MPa
・The maximum flow rate of A and B ports can be adjusted using the flow rate adjustment screw.
・Head direction can be changed in 90 degree increments
・Switching between internal and external drain can be easily done by simply attaching and detaching the closing plug.
・Remote control is possible by installing a hydraulic/electric remote control.
・Can be used as a multifunctional and compact compound valve by attaching a counterbalance valve, brake valve, and other optional valves.
