About This Product
■What is the marine hydraulic valve R series?
This is a proportional control rotary type operation valve designed for ships. It mainly controls the fishing machinery installed on ships and the power device thruster that moves the ship laterally. In fields other than ships, our products are also used in special vehicles such as high-pressure washing vehicles and hydraulic machinery such as manufacturing equipment. From the beginning of the oil flow, the flow rate can be controlled proportionally according to the operating angle of the lever.
Since the sense of hand and the machine's operating direction and speed match, you can operate with a sense of unity. There are products that have a pressure compensation function that does not change the flow rate (velocity) even if the load fluctuates, and products that do not.
■PC operated valve for series circuit MRVPCS-04-□-□-□
A rotary type manually operated valve for series circuits equipped with a flow control function with pressure compensation, allowing fine control of the actuator without being affected by load fluctuations.
■Product features
・Flow rate can be controlled in proportion to the lever operation angle.
・Since direct unloading is used, unloading pressure is extremely low.
- The maximum flow rate of A and B ports can be adjusted using the range adjustment screw.
・Built-in safety valve.
・Since no moving parts are exposed, the structure is resistant to harsh environments.
- Equipped with a P1 port that can be used to release mechanical brakes, etc. In this case, external drain piping will be required.
