Main features
■Optical transmission
Performs mutual conversion between 100GBASE-R4 signal and OTU4 signal. It has one QSFP28 and one CFP2-ACO interface.
■High-density mounting
Up to 4 units can be stored in a 1U size 19 inch rack.
■Remote monitoring function
When this product is connected as a counterpart, it is possible to check the operating status and power status of the remote side device using the LED.
■Remote monitoring
By installing it in the rack option "DNSHD8E-2P-MGT", you can monitor and control the link status and settings of this machine. It is also possible to read the status of the installed optical module.
■Long distance transmission using amplifier
By using a booster amplifier, the allowable loss can be improved by up to 20dB. The amplifier has a built-in MC, so it doesn't take up much space. You can choose with or without an amplifier depending on the model number.
■Multiple transmission of up to 8 lines
The CFP2-ACO's emission wavelength can be set to any wavelength from C13 to C61 from the management unit installed in DNSHD8E. By combining with MUX/DEMUX for DWDM (DNDWME series), multiplex transmission for up to 8 lines is possible.
■Link interlocking function
Although this product does not implement the LPT (Link Pass Through) function, the same effect can be obtained by using the LFS (Link Fault Signaling) function of the terminal device to which this product is connected.
