About This Product

■MEMS (Micro Electro Mechanical Systems) tilt sensor

This is a tilt sensor that uses microelectromechanical system technology. The tilt is detected by the bending of the part due to the tilt, which generates an electrical output. The MEMS tilt sensor has a pair of fixed electrodes fixed inside the main body, and a movable electrode supported by a spring between the pair of fixed electrodes. When a MEMS type tilt sensor is tilted around the support direction of the fixed electrode and movable electrode, the fixed electrode does not move and the movable electrode moves in the direction in which the sensor is tilted, and the capacitance between each fixed electrode and the movable electrode changes. I will. The mechanism of a MEMS tilt sensor is to detect this change in capacitance and convert it into an angle. Measuring instruments that only work in one axis require the movable electrode to be installed perpendicular to the XY directions, but Digi-pas tilt sensors can detect tilts in two axes at once with a single device, and can also send angle data. It is possible to continuously monitor and obtain data.

Simultaneous display of 2-axis (X, Y-axis) data and accurate data collection in real time are possible. Equipped with flatness identification, 2-axis simultaneous leveling, horizontal setting, and vibration measurement functions, it is a specially developed device for highly accurate data collection. Multiple impact tests with loads over 3,000g, guaranteed IP65 dust and waterproof rating, calibration for non-linear phenomena, and a wide operating temperature range of -20°C to +70°C. In order to provide users with better functionality, we surveyed engineers and researchers from various industrial fields. It can be used for any project, including research.
