About This Product
This product is available in two models with different resolutions and measurement ranges.
DWL9000XY is a 2-axis ultra-precision inclinometer with a built-in vibrometer. With a resolution of 0.2 arcsec or 1μm/M and a wide measurement range of 7,200 arcsec or 35mm/M and the DWL8500XY has a resolution of 1 arcsec or 5μm/M This is a 2-axis ultra-precision inclinometer with high resolution and accuracy, achieving a wide measurement range of 14,400 arcsecs or 70mm/M with a resolution of 1 arcsec or 5μm/M, making it an extremely accurate ultraprecision inclinometer.
Both models are designed to replace the traditional two single-axis inclinometers with a single, two-axis inclinometer. Digi-Pas MEMS technology 2-axis intramnet is robust and resistant to vibration and shock during use. Digi-Pas ultra-precision inclinometers are capable of precision leveling, slope angle measurement, surface flatness identification, vibration measurement and real-time wireless measurement (Bluetooth), USB remote measurement, and data logging.
Accuracy performance certifications for this instrument have been verified by third-party accredited calibration and testing laboratories from the National Metrology Centers of the United States, Japan, and Singapore, according to ISO/IEC 17025:2005 and ANSI/NCSL Z540-1 standards, and based on ILAC and A2LA. Compliant with NIST, JIS&DIN.
This device is a 2-axis ultra-precision inclinometer designed to simplify large-scale CNC machine installation and equipment maintenance, slope angle measurement, surface flatness identification, and vibration measurement tasks for expert engineers and scientists.
