About This Product

This hose is a Teflon hose with shallow corrugations in a spiral shape, and a reinforcing wire is wrapped around the troughs of the hose. It is flexible, pressure resistant, and has a structure that prevents liquid accumulation.

■Auto Freon hose (C type)

This hose is corrugated (corrugated) so that the corrugated peaks are slightly shallower than that of the pliable hose. Although its flexibility is inferior to pliable hoses, there is relatively little liquid pooling, and it is reinforced with stainless steel wire coils along the outer valleys of the waveform, and is further braided with stainless steel wire to improve flexibility and pressure resistance. This is our unique shallow mountain type pliable hose.

■Screw type joint hose (NC type)

Similar to the NA and NB types, there is a threaded joint as one of the connection fittings that can be attached to the end of the Autoflon hose. There are six standard types of fittings, NC1 to NC6, depending on the application. The shape of the cap nut is slightly different from the NA type. The standard material for the fitting is stainless steel (SUS304), but it can also be made of SUS316 or other special materials.

■Our Teflon® hose has excellent pressure resistance, heat resistance, and high chemical stability.

Teflon® hose has high thermal and chemical stability, high mechanical strength, and other excellent surface and electrical properties, making it ideal for piping hoses for steam, oil (especially non-flammable oil), medicine, food, etc. It is most suitable as 1. Heat resistance Can be used up to 150℃. 2. Chemical resistance It has extremely excellent chemical and solvent resistance, and is not attacked by most chemicals and solvents, so it can be applied to all types of fluids. 3. Non-stick Since it is non-adhesive, it is easy to clean and there is little adhesion of high viscosity fluids, and the small frictional resistance reduces pressure drop, allowing smooth transfer. 4. Durability It has good chemical resistance and weather resistance, and is non-hygroscopic, so there is almost no deterioration and it can be used for a long time. 5. Electrical properties Among insulators, it has the lowest dielectric constant, high dielectric strength, and extremely high resistivity, and these electrical properties do not change over a wide range of humidity and frequency. 6. Odorless and non-staining Teflon® hose does not contain any plasticizers, maintains its purity, does not transfer odors, and is not extracted.
