About This Product

This hose is made from a straight tube corrugated into a spiral shape to increase flexibility. The standard type is one with a stainless steel wire braided on the outside, but depending on the application, it can also be assembled with a bare tube with the braid removed. This hose has the best flexibility.

■Teflon® pliable hose (B type)

Teflon® Pliable Hose is a straight hose processed into a spiral corrugated shape to increase its flexibility. The standard model is one with a stainless steel wire braided on the outside, but depending on the application, it can also be assembled with a bare hose with the braid removed. Teflon® pliable hoses have the best flexibility and are ideal for use in locations with large amounts of bending and curving, and where there is a lot of vibration or frequent deformation.

■Screw type joint hose (NB type)

Similar to the NA type, there is a threaded joint as one of the connection fittings that can be attached to the end of the plyable hose. There are six standard types of fittings, NB1 to NB6, depending on the application. The shape of the cap nut is slightly different from the NA type. The standard material for the fitting is stainless steel (SUS304), but it can also be made of SUS316 or other special materials.

■Our Teflon® hose has excellent pressure resistance, heat resistance, and high chemical stability.

Teflon® hose has high thermal and chemical stability, high mechanical strength, and other excellent surface and electrical properties, making it ideal for piping hoses for steam, oil (especially non-flammable oil), medicine, food, etc. It is most suitable as 1. Heat resistance Can be used up to 150℃. 2. Chemical resistance It has extremely excellent chemical and solvent resistance, and is not attacked by most chemicals and solvents, so it can be applied to all types of fluids. 3. Non-stick Since it is non-adhesive, it is easy to clean and there is little adhesion of high viscosity fluids, and the small frictional resistance reduces pressure drop, allowing smooth transfer. 4. Durability It has good chemical resistance and weather resistance, and is non-hygroscopic, so there is almost no deterioration and it can be used for a long time. 5. Electrical properties Among insulators, it has the lowest dielectric constant, high dielectric strength, and extremely high resistivity, and these electrical properties do not change over a wide range of humidity and frequency.
