About This Product

This hose is highly pressure resistant and does not collect liquid. The standard model is a straight tube with wire braid and a spring exterior.This reinforced spring further increases pressure resistance and makes the pronged hose itself less likely to break.

■Teflon® straight hose (A type)

Teflon® straight hoses are assembled from straight Teflon® hoses, and have excellent pressure resistance and no liquid accumulation. The standard model is a straight Teflon® hose with a wire braid and a reinforcing spring.This reinforcing spring further increases pressure resistance and makes the hose itself difficult to break.

■Screw type joint hose (NA type)

A threaded fitting is one of the fittings that can be attached to the end of a Teflon® straight hose. We offer six standard types of fittings, NA1 to NA6, depending on the application. The standard material for the fitting is stainless steel (SUS304), but it can also be made of SUS316 or other special materials.

■Our Teflon® hose has excellent pressure resistance, heat resistance, and high chemical stability.

Teflon® hose has high thermal and chemical stability, high mechanical strength, and other excellent surface and electrical properties, making it ideal for piping hoses for steam, oil (especially non-flammable oil), medicine, food, etc. It is most suitable as 1. Heat resistance Can be used up to 150℃. 2. Chemical resistance It has extremely excellent chemical and solvent resistance, and is not attacked by most chemicals and solvents, so it can be applied to all types of fluids. 3. Non-stick Since it is non-adhesive, it is easy to clean and there is little adhesion of high viscosity fluids, and the small frictional resistance reduces pressure drop, allowing smooth transfer. 4. Durability It has good chemical resistance and weather resistance, and is non-hygroscopic, so there is almost no deterioration and it can be used for a long time. 5. Electrical properties Among insulators, it has the lowest dielectric constant, high dielectric strength, and extremely high resistivity, and these electrical properties do not change over a wide range of humidity and frequency. 6. Odorless and non-staining Teflon® hose does not contain any plasticizers, maintains its purity, does not transfer odors, and is not extracted.
