About This Product
A build-up board is a multilayer board in which a conductor pattern is created on an insulating layer and then stacked layer by layer using laser technology, plating technology, etc. It allows for higher density and higher integration than general multi-layer through-boards, and is used for equipment that requires high-density wiring in a limited space.
