About This Product

■Spiral heat exchanger boasts high heat transfer performance

The heat transfer tube uses a thin-walled spiral tube and has a helical shape, which creates turbulence in the fluid and significantly improves the heat transfer coefficient. Therefore, it has high heat transfer performance and is compact, so the installation area is small, and it can be used not only for liquid-liquid heat exchange, but also for steam-liquid heat exchange and condensers.

■Shell & tube heat exchanger (lap joint type)

Corrugated tubes (spiral tubes) are used as heat transfer tubes. Corrugated tubes create turbulent motion in the fluid passing inside and outside the tube, which greatly enhances heat transfer performance. It also reduces scale build-up. It has high heat transfer performance and is compact, so the installation area is small, and it can be used not only for liquid-liquid heat exchange, but also for steam-liquid heat exchange and condensers.
