About This Product
By removing the gas and moisture generated from the resin, as well as the air that gets caught during plasticization, we prevent molding defects caused by these.
This is a compact, high-performance cylinder vacuum deaerator with a quantitative feeder. Gas and moisture generated from the resin, as well as air trapped during plasticization, are removed from the cylinder hopper side to prevent yellowing and burns caused by the gas. It also reduces the amount of mold deposit buildup, which reduces the frequency of mold maintenance.
■Deaeration effect
Even when molded with undried resin, the generation of bubbles can be almost the same as with dry resin. Drying time for resin can be significantly reduced.
■Decrease in mold deposits
By removing gas and moisture from the resin, mold deposits are suppressed, and molding defects such as transfer defects and short shots are suppressed.
