About This Product

■ Overview
DIC's proprietary hollow -up film enables detachment to the PPB level. By using a hollow thread having a skin layer, the generation of aggregate water can be reduced. DIC hollow -zone module Separel is also suitable for gas melting (air supply).

■ Main use
･ De -oxygen and decarabic acid from ultra -pure water
･ De -oxygen from boiler supply water
･ Production of cleaning function water (CO2 gas, H2 gas, N2 gas, O2 gas dissolution)
* Please use EFLOW for CO2 gas supply.
･ Ultrasonic cleaning machine water debris processing

■ Features of PF series
･ Internal perfusion method: Demovation inside the hollow thread
･ Reverse washing is possible

■ Features of EF series
･ External perfusion method: Dissemination to the hollow thread
･ Low pressure loss
