About This Product
■Features
Deflection crack suppression. AEC-Q200 qualified. The resin external electrode suppresses the occurrence of cracks in the capacitor by alleviating mechanical vibration and bending stress from the board.
The resin external electrode absorbs the thermal shock caused by the difference between the thermal expansion coefficient of the board and the component, suppressing the occurrence of cracks in the solder joint. Ensures adhesion. Effective for preventing deterioration of solder joints. Highly reliable parts.
(Note) This product has been evaluated and tested to comply with AEC-Q200.
