About This Product
■Product overview
This is a high-performance electrostatic precipitator with low pressure loss and high collection rate that is equipped with our unique high-voltage technology. This is a compact electrostatic precipitator air filter device that is thin and lightweight, yet incorporates a high-performance electrostatic precipitator unit. The pre- and after-filters are foldable types with excellent collection performance, allowing continuous operation for long periods of time.
■Product features
・Low pressure loss -50 to 100Pa: Compared to a device that combines a pre-filter and a medium/high performance filter, air volume fluctuations can be kept low due to the low pressure loss.
・High performance - collection rate of 90% or more (JIS B 9908 format 4): This is a device with high dust collection efficiency that clears the airborne dust regulations of the Building Management Act. It is especially effective in capturing fine dust and cigarette smoke.
・Zero industrial waste: Filters and electrostatic precipitators use a cleaning and regeneration type, so there is no industrial waste.
- Side drawer type for easy maintenance: Spring contact type is used for the high voltage power supply part. By inserting and removing from the side door, the high voltage power can be automatically turned on and off, and the filter can be replaced without entering the air conditioner.
・Equipped with an hour meter that allows you to see the driving time at a glance: Total driving time is displayed. The cleaning time of the dust collection unit can be easily determined, increasing safety. Additionally, a differential pressure gauge can be installed upon request.
■Dust collection principle
After most of the coarse dust is collected by the pre-filter, the fine dust that has passed through the pre-filter is charged (+) in the discharge section and is collected by adhering to the (-) electrode plate of the dielectric collector plate group. Masu. The dust collected on the dust-collecting electrode plates is aggregated, separated from the electrode plates by the airflow, and re-collected in the after-filter on the downstream side.
