■Product overview
This is a high-performance electrostatic precipitator with low pressure loss and high collection rate that is equipped with our unique high-voltage technology. This is an electrostatic precipitator air filter device with a high-performance electrostatic precipitator unit housed in a compact side-drawer casing, and pre- and after-filters arranged.
■Product features
・High dust collection efficiency with a collection rate of 90% or more (JIS B 9908 format 4).
・The pre-filter uses a high-performance long-life type, which has a long life and reduces maintenance costs.
- The ionized dust collection unit, pre-filter, and after-filter are environmentally friendly products that are washable and recyclable and do not generate industrial waste.
- Equipped with an hour meter that displays the operating time, so you can know when it is time for cleaning and maintenance.
- Equipped with a convenient differential pressure gauge that allows you to check the dust collection status at a glance.
・Since it can be pulled out from the side, it can be installed and maintained in a space-saving manner.

■Dust collection principle
Floating dust passing through the ionized dust collection unit is charged to a positive (+) charge in the ionization section, and is collected on the (-) electrode plate of the dielectric dust collection plate group. Floating dust collected on the dust collection electrode plate group gradually aggregates and expands. It is separated from the electrode plate by the airflow and collected again by the collection filter medium.
