About This Product

■Product overview This is a high-performance electrostatic precipitator with low pressure loss and high collection rate that is equipped with our unique high-voltage technology. This is an air filter device that combines a high-performance electrostatic precipitator unit and an autoroll that automatically winds and renews the filter media. ■Product features ・High dust collection rate: High dust collection rate of 90% or more (JIS B 9908 format 4). ・Equipped with an hour meter that allows you to check the driving time at a glance: Total driving time is displayed. The cleaning time of the dust collection unit can be easily determined, increasing safety. ・Excellent high-voltage power supply: A high-voltage power supply that can always supply a constant high-voltage power even if the load current and input voltage fluctuate. - Excellent safety devices: Equipped with a door switch (supply voltage cutoff) and a grounding rod (residual charge release device). ・Long-term automatic operation: The final collection filter material (long length) is automatically wound up by a timer or differential pressure switch, allowing automatic operation until the filter material runs out. - Galvalume steel plate: Uses galvalume steel plate (molten aluminum galvanized plywood) with high rust prevention properties. ■Applications Please use it to purify the air in the following places. ・For on-site air purification: skyscrapers, offices, theaters, department stores, underground malls, schools, museums, libraries, hotels ・To ensure hygiene: hospitals, pharmaceutical factories, food factories, research institutes ・For industrial use: electronic testing equipment room, precision equipment factory, semiconductor factory ■Dust collection principle Floating dust passing through the ionized dust collection unit is charged to a positive (+) charge in the ionization section, and is collected on the (-) electrode plate of the dielectric dust collection plate group. Floating dust collected on the dust-collecting electrode plates gradually aggregates, is separated from the electrode plates by the airflow, and is collected again on the long filter media on the downstream side. Dirty filter media is sequentially wound up by a timer or differential pressure switch. ■Structure The TAC Electrol consists of (1) ionized dust collector, (2) filter media dust collector, (3) control panel, and (4) high-voltage power supply.
