EsCAD setup master |
Available upon quote |
The process editing table can be switched to display by part name or display by reference. For parts that require multiple mounting, it is possible to set a different mounting method for each reference by setting the mounting method for each reference display. |
XGA (1,024x768) or higher |
This is a list showing the part names for each reference. (.Xls, .csv format) It is also possible to set the implementation method. |
Although not required, it is required if you want to display the board diagram in the background of the drawing. (.jpg, .BMP, etc.) |
If the parts list and coordinate data have been edited in the setup master standard format, it is possible to register them without using the wizard. |
This is a list showing the mounting position coordinates, mounting angle, and mounting surface for each reference. (txt, .csv format) |
Equipped with a data registration wizard that allows you to easily register parts lists and coordinate data in various formats by following the instructions displayed on the screen. |
Silk drawing Gerber. |
For parts whose mounting method is set to retrofit, it is possible to set the work order. Work ordering is performed for each part in each group. The work order will be reflected in the retrofit work navigation. |
For parts whose mounting method is set to retrofit, it is possible to edit them as retrofit. By performing retrofit editing, it is possible to divide the parts to be retrofitted into one or more groups and create a retrofit work drawing for each group. |
The process edit table is created based on the bill of materials and is used to set the mounting method. When searching, it is used to specify part names and references. |
By providing a column that indicates the mounting method in the bill of materials, a process editing table that reflects the mounting method described there will be created and the mounting method will be automatically set. (A checkmark will be automatically placed in the corresponding checkbox) |
Five types of implementation methods can be set in advance. (One type is fixed as an afterthought.) The string indicating the implementation method can be set arbitrarily. |
Set the mounting method for each part or reference using the checkboxes on the process edit table created from the imported parts list. |
The board diagram can be enlarged/reduced and the display location can be moved arbitrarily depending on the work content. |
Set annotations (comments) for parts. Annotations are reflected in the assembly drawings and retrofit work drawings. |
It is possible to set the polarity mark and pin 1 mark in any size and position for the part. The settings of the polarity mark and pin 1 mark are reflected and displayed on the assembly drawing and retrofit work drawing. |
The component outline for each mounting method can be displayed/hidden for each mounting method. |
The board diagram display area on the basic screen displays a board diagram that reflects the mounting method settings. The board diagram is created by analyzing and processing the registered parts list, coordinate data, silk diagram, and mounting method settings. |
It is possible to display the entire board diagram showing which part of the board diagram is displayed. (Useful when using enlarged display.) |
Search for component names, references, and component mounting locations. |
Create a drawing that displays the component outline of the component that is set to be retrofitted in the mounting method settings. The part name, reference, and set comments are displayed on the drawing. |
The mounting positions of the relevant parts (references) are displayed on the computer screen in the order set in advance. It is possible to leave a check mark for each part (for each reference) to indicate the completion of the work. |
Create a mounter coordinate list and parts list. It is possible to edit the Z axis. |
Create a drawing displaying the component outline in the color set for each mounting method. One mounting diagram shows single or multiple mounting methods. |
