■Cartoner Category

For the cartoning process, which is indispensable to a total packaging system, we offer a range of cartoners suited to each specification.

■Product Features

・A cartoner that takes one-touch cartons from the stocker, locks the bottom automatically and feeds collated products automatically using a robot hand or similar device. ・A cartoning machine for PTP 50-sheet and 100-sheet banded products and for pillow-wrapped products. ・It suits the automation of products that used one-touch cartons handled manually across many varieties. ・For carton closing it can handle overlap flap gluing as well as tuck-in and tape sealing. ・Automatic feeding of package inserts and inspection devices can also be accommodated in various forms within the machine.
