■CCH | SUS chain block CCH-50/80

・Excellent corrosion resistance due to carefully selected materials and manufacturing ・Enclosed brake and gear unit allows use in clean rooms ・Swivel upper hook, swivel lower hook with ball bearing ・Standard chain length 3m ・Hand chain 1.5m φ5 x inner pitch 25 mm ・Can be customized according to your request

■High corrosion resistance/high acid resistance

It has a high chromium concentration (approximately 22%) and has even better corrosion resistance than SUS316, which is said to be resistant to rust.

■Material

G6 (Grade 60): AISI 318LN G5 (Grade 50): AISI 316L

■High strength

20% stronger than SUS304 and 316.

■High pitting corrosion resistance/high corrosion cracking resistance

It has excellent pitting corrosion resistance, and is also resistant to stress corrosion cracking, which is a problem with austenitic steels such as SUS304 and 316, and has reached a pitting corrosion resistance index (PREN≧33) that is considered resistant to normal seawater. .
