About This Product

■You can select the size according to the hook for cranes, hoists, etc.The master links used to lift chain slings with cranes and hoists' lower hooks have different widths and sizes, and there are five types of master links for one chain size. Depending on the number of chains, we offer models for hanging 1 chain, 2 chains, 3 chains, and 4 chains.

■Simplifies chain inspectionAll chain sets come with the following tags and gauges so that you can easily inspect your chain at any time. The master link and gauge are attached using a welded round ring, two non-welded rings, and three welded chain links to prevent them from being easily lost.

■Improved visibilityBy coating the chains used in dark locations with fluorescent colors, you can see at a glance where the chains are located. This allows workers to use it more safely.

■Reduction of rust corrosionThis is an effective method for preventing rust, but special plating is applied between the paint film and the metal to increase the adhesion between the paint and metal. This minimizes the chance of paint falling off the chain.

■Color changes depending on temperatureAdditionally, when chains that have undergone advanced heat treatment are used in high-temperature environments, it is necessary to consider the effects of heat. It was extremely difficult to visually tell if a chain had been exposed to high temperatures even once. This VIP chain changes color depending on the temperature. If the product has been used at high temperatures even once, the user will be visually notified. (The color will not return even if the temperature returns from high temperature to room temperature)

■VIP link chainBecause chain slings are used for harsh work, we use high-grade alloy steel that is blended with nickel, chromium, and molybdenum for its tenacity and toughness.

■ Direct sowing is also safeChains are often used to directly wrap and lift loads. In order to minimize the impact on the chain links that hit the corners, we designed them with short link dimensions.
