■RS/M/S series overview

Ultra-precision pressure reducing valve driven by a stepping motor. Highly accurate air pressure control with a sensitivity of 0.1%F.S.

■High precision control

Highly accurate air pressure control with sensitivity of 0.1% F.S. and repeatability of ±0.1% F.S. is possible.

■Excellent characteristics

It has excellent relief characteristics, pressure characteristics, and flow characteristics. In particular, the minimum relief pressure (relief sensitivity) is excellent at 0.03kPa (theoretically calculated value).

■Excellent starting characteristics

There is no need to readjust the pressure even after long periods of inactivity.

■Long-term pressure stability

After setting the pressure, it maintains the set pressure accurately for a long period of time.

■High pressure resolution

Driven by a 5-phase stepping motor, the set pressure can be changed minutely and reliably with one step drive. By using microstep drive, pressure resolution can be set to a high resolution of 0.1kPa or less.

■ Maintains pressure even during power outages

Even in the event of a sudden power outage, the secondary pressure will maintain the set pressure.

■Applications

Ideal for applications that require high-resolution pressure control of 0.1kPa or less.
