■RR series overview
This is an air operated pressure reducing valve that can vary the secondary pressure by external pilot pressure input from another pressure reducing valve.
■Features
The pressure control method uses a servo balance method using a rolling diaphragm and measuring capsule, allowing precise pressure adjustment. The RR series performs precision pressure relay control with an output change ratio of 1:1 with positive and negative bias adjustment.
■High precision control
Highly accurate air pressure control is possible with sensitivity of 0.1% F.S. and repeatability of ±0.1% F.S.
■Excellent characteristics
It has excellent relief characteristics, pressure characteristics, and flow characteristics. In particular, the minimum relief pressure (relief sensitivity) is excellent at 0.03kPa (theoretically calculated value), making it ideal for applications such as tension control and air balance.
■Excellent starting stability
There is no need to readjust the pressure even after long periods of inactivity.
