About This Product

■Quickly filter solutions・By creating a vacuum inside the container, the solution, etc. put into the hopper is suctioned and quickly filtered. Because it uses suction instead of using its own weight, it is characterized by extremely fast filtration.
-This product is made entirely of stainless steel, so unlike glass filters, there is no need to worry about the container breaking, resulting in injury, or contamination with foreign objects.

■The filtered liquid goes into the inner container.-The filtered liquid is discharged into the inner container, not the outer container.
・There is an inner container inside the outer container that can be easily opened with a catch clip. The inner container has a hanging handle and is about 1/2 to 1/3 the weight of the outer container, making it easy to remove the liquid. Reduces the burden on workers.

■The aperture ratio of the filter can be changed depending on the solution.・The catch net (filter) that is usually included is 100 mesh. In addition, we can also offer mesh nets and perforated metal in other sizes. By changing only the filter, it is possible to filter multiple types of solutions.
・If you prepare multiple inner containers, you can perform continuous filtration, or change the angle of the input hopper depending on the solution to improve loading efficiency.
