About This Product

Park NX12 is a device that integrates the sample stage of an inverted optical microscope with Park Systems' highly versatile and highly accurate AFM. You can study the electrochemical properties of any sample, whether transparent or opaque, soft or hard. Electrochemical research in batteries, fuel cells, sensors, and corrosion is a rapidly growing field, but many AFMs are not directly addressing their needs. Park NX12 provides the functionality and flexibility electrochemistry researchers seek in a simple, easy-to-use platform with all the tools they need. Researchers can use the Park NX12 platform for a variety of electrochemical applications. Allows top, side, and bottom optical access to the probe from various angles during measurements. The wide optical access provided by the instrument's modular design allows for additional expansion of optics and nano-optics.
