■Features
・Large I-shaped rail specialized for material handling such as moving products, parts, and equipment.
- Since it is an I type, the rail can be cleaned easily and thoroughly.
- The runner uses 30Ø bearing rollers, allowing heavy objects to be moved lightly and smoothly.
・The amount of rail deflection is only 1.7mm even with a load of 200kg.

■Carry precautions
・Please observe the bracket pitch and do not hang anything that exceeds the allowable load of the rail, runner, or bracket.
・Do not get under hanging objects.
・Do not use it for purposes where people will be riding on it, such as hanging from a suspended object.
・Do not perform diagonal pulling or shaking operations that apply an excessive load in the lateral direction.
・Please move the hanging object gently by placing your hand on it to prevent it from shaking.
・Do not use outdoors.
・For safety, periodically check for looseness of screws, screws, and nuts, and retighten as necessary.
・If you notice abnormal noises or excessive running resistance while driving, perform an inspection, and if any parts are abnormal or damaged, promptly replace them with new ones.
■Carry branch unit
・The carry rail can be branched in addition to the curved rail (R300/R500).
-Based on going straight, we offer two types: right branch and left branch.
・You can choose according to your production line or transportation line.
- Runners can be guided to the branching side by pulling down the switching lever. Comes with a locking mechanism that locks the lever on the branch side.
- Equipped with a "reverse run prevention mechanism" that will prevent the wheels from falling off even if you approach the branch unit without pulling down the switching lever from the branch side.
