About This Product

This is a high-performance fluorine coating agent for electronic boards and electronic components that dries quickly at room temperature, by dissolving our original fluoropolymer in a nonflammable fluorine solvent with excellent safety and drying properties. Used to prevent corrosion of electronic boards used in environments where sulfide gas is generated (rubber factories, hot springs, inside tunnels, etc.) and to prevent sulfurization of LED mounting boards. Features

■Sulfidation resistance

Sulfide-resistant fluorine film prevents silver plating from sulfidation.

■Quick drying at room temperature

It uses a special fluorinated solvent and can be dried at room temperature. No forced drying required.

■Transparency

It is a transparent film and does not affect the optical properties of the LED.

■Precision applicability

It does not spread easily and can be applied to targeted areas.

■Application examples

・Moisture-proof and drip-proof protection for electronic boards of PC mobile devices (PCs, smartphones, tablets, etc.) ・Moisture-proof and drip-proof protection for automotive electronic boards (car navigation boards, sensor boards, etc.) ・Moisture-proof and drip-proof protection for LED-mounted electronic boards (for outdoor/refrigerator/freezer lighting, etc.) ・Protection of LED mounted electronic boards and electronic boards from corrosive gases (hydrogen sulfide gas, etc.) ・Protection of battery control board from LiB electrolyte ・Measures against salt damage to LED mounted electronic boards and electronic boards
