About This Product

■OverviewYAGEO provides complete circuit protection solutions with overvoltage protection components and overcurrent protection components. TVS, MOV, and ESD products offer precise voltage clamping performance, limiting voltage to acceptable levels and directing large currents to ground to prevent circuit damage.

GDT, SPG, and TSS products function as circuit switches, directing abnormal currents to ground when turned on. Like resistors, PPTC and NTC protect circuits by changing their resistance with temperature. YAGEO's circuit protection products are widely used in fields such as automotive, industrial, power supply, telecommunications, and home appliances.

■Product OverviewTVS (transient voltage suppression diodes) offer fast response to overvoltage peaks, low dynamic resistance, and excellent clamping performance. YAGEO offers TVS products in a variety of packages with operating voltage ranges of 5 to 600V (and higher). TVS is mainly used for unidirectional or bidirectional transmission on data transmission lines in electronic circuits.
