In order to resolve the question of fatigue failure in conventional lifting work, the National Institute for Metals and Materials conducted a cyclic fatigue experiment using a test method suitable for actual lifting work. It has been tested 6 times (2,650,000 times).
Therefore, it can be used for a long time. In addition, there is no need to perform annealing or other treatments to recover from fatigue while the product is in use.
1. We use special alloy steel, precision die forging, and optimal heat treatment to greatly improve the mechanical properties of the material and significantly increase fatigue strength.
2. DL-B and DL-B/B types are equipped with a wire stopper.
