About This Product

■Features

1. This is an epoch-making lifting clamp that was developed with safety first as a clamp that can be used to lift and transport heavy objects without causing scratches, which was previously thought to be impossible. . 2. Among a wide range of applications such as ordinary steel plates, high-strength steel plates, bridges, can manufacturing and processed plates, high-pressure tanks, etc., it is of course necessary to avoid scratches on the surface of the suspended object, as well as stainless steel plates, aluminum plates, and other non-ferrous metals. A clamp that can be used with confidence and is ideal for vertical lifting work such as boards where magnets cannot be used. 3. The structure is such that the clamping force is applied to the light alloy slider that adjusts and tightens the thickness of the suspended object, and the holder with a special mechanism to prevent slipping. 4. ■How to use FL-V type (How to install and remove the clamp in the vertical or horizontal direction)

1. Turn the adjustment bolt to return the slider according to the thickness of the object to be lifted, and open the opening wide in advance. 2. Insert the object fully into the clamp until it touches the back of the clamp's mouth. 3. Push in the suspension ring, then return the auxiliary cam lever to the open position with your fingers. 4. Complete the clamp installation by turning and tightening the adjustment bolt until the holder is tightly attached to the main body. 5. When you pull the suspension ring and apply a lifting load, a clamping force is applied to the receiver, tightening the suspended object. 6. If you wish to remove it after landing, turn the adjustment bolt in the opposite direction and return the slider upwards to release it.
