About This Product
■Reduces the work of enclosing and sealing. The industry's top crimped postcard and envelope creation machine that processes crimped mail at high speed.
Mail sealer prints personal information on paper that has been coated with adhesive in advance, then folds and presses the paper so that the printed side is sealed inside.
This is a product that creates postcards, envelopes, etc. for the purpose of protecting personal information. The crimped surface uses a special glue that will not be crimped again once it is opened, so you can easily create crimped postcards and envelopes used for various confidential information postcards, pay slips, etc.
It also saves you the trouble of enclosing and sealing, and reduces shipping costs.

The processing speed is one of the highest in the industry, with a maximum processing speed of 14,000 bi-fold postcards/hour and a maximum of 7,400 tri-fold envelopes/hour (PS-515). The paper feed tray can hold up to 2,000 sheets, reducing the hassle of reloading.
Furthermore, the stacker has a large capacity of up to 500 sheets. Additionally, since it is a conveyor-type stacker, it is possible to take out products without stopping the machine. We support our customers' work speedily and efficiently.

The paper feeding section peripheral mechanism has been reviewed to improve paper feeding performance. Furthermore, it is equipped with an air sabaki to feed paper stably. A wide range of paper can be passed, from a minimum width of 139.7mm to a maximum width of 305mm.

Various settings and job input are easy. When you call up a job, the folding position and various adjustments are automatically set, eliminating the need for manual adjustments. (Full auto function)
Easy-to-understand support with an operating guide even when problems such as paper jams occur. You can also check the troubleshooting video to see what to do.
■Supports 4 types of inspections (PS-515Ci standard equipment)
Inspection supports four patterns: ascending/descending sequential number order, customer-managed master data order, and read only.
■Inspection details can be logged (PS-515Ci standard equipment)
You can save captured images and work logs (CSV format). This helps improve work efficiency by preventing manual counting and shipping omissions.
