About This Product

Compared to mechanical flow meters and valves, mass flow controllers/meters measure mass flow rates, so they are less affected by temperature and pressure, and they also have the ability to exchange flow rates using electrical signals. All processes and equipment that require accuracy, reproducibility, responsiveness, and cost, such as semiconductors, optical fibers, analysis, fuel cells, liquid crystals, organic EL, biotechnology, food, environmental measurement, combustion gas control, factory equipment, and experimental equipment. It is used in ■Specifications notation The mass flow controller/meter specifications in this catalog basically follow the SEMI standard. Definitions of typical specifications are explained below. ■Accuracy Displayed as ±○%F.S. (full scale).
