・Decomposition vessel: Self-draining and self-sealing double structure immediately reseals the vessel after releasing excess pressure inside the vessel. This eliminates wasted batch samples and solutions, and also avoids damage to sample containers.
Non-contact temperature and pressure monitoring/protection system: Advanced non-contact temperature control technology measures the actual temperature of the solution in each digestion vessel. At the same time, it adopts multi-fiber and monitors pressure in a non-contact manner. All temperature and pressure data is displayed in real-time while the microwave is running, making it easy to visualize and check the decomposition process and prevent overpressure and overheating.
・Multiple safety protection functions: High-strength double security door, temperature monitoring, high temperature prevention, pressure monitoring, high pressure prevention, instrument failure monitoring alert, operation stop when door is opened, abnormal sound monitoring of instruments, etc.
- Power adjustment mode: variable frequency resonance or non-pulsed (optional) continuous rotation mode can be used to ensure high efficiency and uniform microwave processing power. Users can optionally adjust the microwave output between 0 and 2,000W/3,000W.
