About This Product

High durability and low price. Compact and easy to operate. This is a LAN/USB compatible NC program input/output device that is ideal for harsh work sites. Features

■NC program data bank for manufacturing sites

Ranta is an NC program input/output device that connects to NC machine tools via RS232C and performs high-speed DNC operation of NC programs and input/output of NC control machine memory. With its high durability and functionality, it can be used safely and securely even in harsh work sites. Main features

■Compatible with USB memory

Even if there is no network environment in place at the site, you can input and output large-capacity NC programs by using a USB memory.

■FTP server/file sharing function

Equipped with FTP server function and file sharing function as standard. NC programs can be transferred to Ranta's internal memory at high speed via LAN.

■Supports subprogram reading

It supports output of subprograms. By including the subprogram name in the main program, the specified subprogram can be called and transferred when sending the NC program. (Also supports hierarchical calls of subprograms)

■Durability for safety and security

Equipped with a semiconductor disk that retains data even when the power is turned off. It has high durability against vibration, heat, electrical noise, etc., so you can safely input and output NC programs even in harsh work conditions.

■Scheduled operation function

If you select multiple files in the same folder, you can transfer them as one file. Save time by using the scheduled operation function.

■Email sending function

It is possible to send an email when data transmission starts, when transmission is completed, or when transmission is interrupted. Even if you are far away from the NC machine tool, you can know the status of the NC machine tool, so you can work more efficiently.
