About This Product

■E2M 2-stage rotary vane pumpThe industrial E2M vacuum pump (40 - 275 m3/h) is a robust two-stage rotary vane pump with a proven design. Equipped with an advanced lubrication circuit for smooth operation, optional accessories are available for a wide range of applications. Specifically designed for harsh applications, E2M pumps deliver reliable, long-term performance, boasting low ultimate pressures and high pump speeds.

・The vacuum stage's excellent seal maintains pressure and achieves stable ultimate pressure.
-Low surface temperature for maximum uptime
・Gas ballast with built-in dust filter and purge gas connection that can be adjusted depending on the process

・Forced oil lubrication ensures safe operation of the pump mechanism at any inlet pressure
Internal oil pressure can be managed using a smart oil distributor pressure gauge designed to ensure a constant oil flow to the vacuum stage during operation
Built-in oil filter designed to prevent solid contaminants Additional external oil filtration system available Optional external oil filtration system available

Contamination-free process
・Effective isolation valve prevents oil backflow
・Designed to prevent oil backflow
- Optional exhaust mist filter captures oil vapor during exhaust

■E2M series・Standard pump with hydrocarbon oil Standard HC with mineral oil specification
- PFPE-compatible FX for exhausting oxygen mixtures with oxygen concentrations greater than 21%
・Special AZ that does not contain yellow metals such as azide
- ATEX certified pump for use in explosive atmospheres

■Combination of E2M and EH boosterCombining E2M and EH boosters increases pump speed and improves ultimate pressure. Edwards' proprietary pump system, the EM275/EH4200, rapidly evacuates large volume chambers to extremely low pressures with extremely high pumping speeds.
