About This Product

AGS is a device that automatically transports webs used in printing factories. In response to requests from the rotary press or manual operations, webs are efficiently transported based on the delivery plan. AGS is guided to its destination by a ground control panel, allowing safe and smooth operation. Although it is small, it is a device that transports approximately 1.5 tons of roll paper, which is the raw material for newspaper.It is a device that acquires information on the remaining roll amount from the printing machine and automatically transports the roll paper from the automatic warehouse to the printing machine. ■Automatic transport system

AGS is an automatic conveyance system that specializes in conveying webs. In response to web requests from rotary presses and manual requests, we transport webs according to the delivery plan. It is also possible to pre-load the web and prepare it in the storage area. The ground control panel is in charge of destination instructions and traffic control, and efficiently guides each AGS to its destination. AGS provides efficient web transport.

■Small but high-performance display panel

Although the touch panel has become smaller than before, the amount of information displayed is greater than that of previous models. The anomaly history function has also been enhanced, and now records not only the time of occurrence, but also the number of times an anomaly has occurred and the location where it occurred. This is useful for tracking trouble occurrences.

■Specifications

The running speed is changed from a low speed of 3m/min to a high speed of 30m/min. The time required to go from a stop to a high speed of 30m/min is 4 to 6 seconds, and from a high speed to a stop is 5 seconds. You can select a variety of travel routes while freely performing this speed conversion.

■Layout

It can be easily replaced with conventional hand trolleys, motor dollies, floor conveyors, etc., and can also contribute to factory automation of the paper feeding section when used in combination with ARL in renovations of existing factories, new factories, etc. .
