About This Product

■Individual circular transport = pallet transport / simple long transport = transport platform

I want to efficiently transport workpieces with different process times, and it is difficult to assemble equipment that has long transport distances. In response to numerous requests, we have added two new series to our lineup: a pallet transport system that can transport individual workpieces, and a transport platform that can easily transport long pieces.

■Transportation platform

・Since it is unitized with 1 module = approximately 2 m, it is possible to easily create a transport mechanism without the hassle of mechanical and electrical design. ・With a structure that allows modules to be easily connected and separated, it is possible to increase or decrease the number of modules according to the product type and process, and shorten the construction period. ・The design uses aluminum structural material to keep the height down, so it is possible to perform maintenance on surrounding machine tools, ride on the rails, or enter to work. ・Due to its high load capacity, in addition to transporting workpieces, it can also be moved with a robot installed. ・The combination of a linear roller slider suitable for transferring between rails and a newly developed connection unit eliminates noise at joints and achieves smooth operation.
