About This Product

Mirror polishing" is achieved through hybrid control using a 6-axis force sensor mounted on the robot. ``Narauno'' is a futuristic robot system that digitizes the ``craftsmanship'' of skilled finishers, making it possible to transfer the technology to ``robots'' instead of ``people''. Mirror polishing is possible regardless of material or shape.

■The biggest feature of Nalauno

- Uniform mirror polishing is possible by keeping the "holding force" of the tool constant on wide flat surfaces that are difficult even for experienced workers. ・Uniform mirror polishing is possible by keeping the tool's "holding force" and "holding direction" constant on free-form surfaces.

■Robot automatic program software standard equipment

Robot trajectory programs are automatically created using 3D/CAD/CAM exclusively for "Narauno." *Special software created based on SOLID CAM. No robot teaching work that normally takes time (robot teaching work)

■Robot 3D automatic copying software standard equipment

Dedicated 3D automatic software + 6-axis force sensor + condition setting program = Ultra hybrid control by "Narauno"

■Special touch that feels like a person's fingertips achieved with high-speed communication speed

High-speed communication achieved by matching the DENSO robot controller's ``b-CAP slave function'' and ``robot 3D automatic copying software'' enables fine artistic refinement. ・Digitization of mirror polishing craftsmanship ・Ideal for free-form surfaces and mirror polishing ・Transfer of technology and improvement of work environment ・High quality, stable quality
