About This Product
■Supports program operation and interlocking with external devices
Taking advantage of rotational stability, the rotational speed is displayed in terms of flow rate. Flow rate conversion values can be displayed for each tube. (This is a value obtained by converting the number of revolutions into a flow rate, and is not an actual measured value of flow rate.)
By adopting a DC servo motor, we have achieved a motor variable magnification of 3,000x. A wide range of discharge flow rates can be obtained with one tube. Program settings and gradient settings can be easily performed using the LCD display and encoder input method. By inputting external signals, you can change the rotation speed, start/stop operation, rapid operation, and change the rotation direction. It also supports embedding and interlocking with external devices. The roller set is integrated and can be easily attached and detached.
There are two types of tube holders: a screw-adjustable tightening type and a spring-based constant pressure type. By using the adapter set tube, only the worn part of the tube can be replaced. (Optional) A locking mechanism is provided on the stoppers at both ends of the tube case. Since it can be locked when set, the tube can be easily moved and replaced. A wide range of characteristics can be obtained by adding or changing the tube case.
It has high discharge accuracy and excellent flow rate reproducibility. Also suitable for sending small amounts of liquid. The forward/reverse rotation direction is displayed on the LCD and can be easily switched using the Fwd./Rev. key. Since the tube can be hung in two routes, liquid can be sent to two locations at the same time. This is a PSE (Electrical Appliance and Material Safety Act) certified product.
■Screw adjustable tube holder (MP-4000 type)
The tube holder is a conventional screw-adjustable type. The discharge pressure can be adjusted to a constant level regardless of the type and thickness of the tube.
■Spring type tube holder (MP-4001 type)
Press the tube holder using the built-in spring. There is no need to adjust the tightening, and the tube is always held down with a constant force, reducing flow rate errors when replacing the tube and tube deterioration due to over-tightening. *Maximum discharge pressure varies depending on the type of tube.
