About This Product

■Achieves a wide flow rate range of 0.06 to 1,450mL/hBy adopting a DC servo motor, we have achieved a motor variable magnification of 3,000x. A wide range of discharge flow rates can be obtained with one tube. Since it is a digital display, the discharge flow rate (rotation speed) can be set with good reproducibility. A wide range of characteristics can be obtained by adding or changing the tube case. It has high discharge accuracy and excellent flow rate reproducibility. Also suitable for sending small amounts of liquid.

Since the MP-3000A/3000B types specify processing tolerances for the tube case, by combining them with our genuine tubes that specify tube wall thickness tolerances, it is possible to prevent variations in flow rate and discharge pressure when replacing tubes. There is almost no variation. The roller set is integrated and can be easily attached and detached. This is a PSE (Electrical Appliance and Material Safety Act) certified product.

■Screw adjustable tube holder (MP-3000/3100 type)The tube holder is a conventional screw-adjustable type. The discharge pressure can be adjusted to a constant level regardless of the type and thickness of the tube.

■Spring type tube holder (MP-3001/3101 type)Press the tube holder using the built-in spring. There is no need to adjust the tightening, and the tube is always held down with a constant force, reducing flow rate errors when replacing the tube and tube deterioration due to over-tightening. *Maximum discharge pressure varies depending on the type of tube.

■Fixed width groove type (MP-3000A/3000B type)Since the machining tolerances of the tube case are specified, when used in combination with our genuine tubes, which have specified tolerances for the tube wall thickness, there is almost no variation in flow rate or variation in discharge pressure when replacing tubes.
