About This Product
■Easy to set spring type tube case
The tube case is a spring-based constant pressure tube holder, which reduces tube deterioration due to over-tightening.
The roller set is integrated and can be easily attached and detached. A locking mechanism has been installed on the stoppers at both ends of the tube case. Since it can be locked when set, the tube can be easily moved and replaced. A wide range of characteristics can be obtained by adding or changing the tube case. It has high discharge accuracy and excellent flow rate reproducibility. Also suitable for sending small amounts of liquid.
MP-2011/2111 types are low flow types with a flow rate range of 0.5 to 72.5mL/h per tube. Optional tube adapters and dedicated short tubes are available to allow use while replacing consumable tubes. You can easily switch between forward and reverse rotation directions with a single switch.
The MP-2001 and 2011 types have 2 tubes, and the MP-2101 and 2111 types have 4 tubes, allowing liquid to be sent to 2 or 4 locations at the same time. By replacing the tube case, it is possible to change to the MP-2000/2100 type series (variable screw type, fixed width groove type). This is a PSE (Electrical Appliance and Material Safety Act) certified product.
■Screw adjustable tube holder (MP-2000/2010/2100/2110 type)
The tube holder is a conventional screw-adjustable type. The discharge pressure can be adjusted to a constant level regardless of the type and thickness of the tube.
■Spring type tube holder (MP-2001/2011/2101/2111 type)
Press the tube holder using the built-in spring. There is no need to adjust the tightening, and the tube is always held down with a constant force, reducing flow rate errors when replacing the tube and tube deterioration due to over-tightening. *Maximum discharge pressure varies depending on the type of tube.
■Fixed width groove type (MP-A/B type series)
Since the machining tolerances of the tube case are specified, when used in combination with our genuine tubes, which have specified tolerances for the tube wall thickness, there is almost no variation in flow rate or variation in discharge pressure when replacing tubes.
