■Roller set with high discharge pressure and stable flow rate
Tube cases are available in screw-adjustable type and fixed width groove type. The roller set is integrated and can be easily attached and detached. A locking mechanism has been installed on the stoppers at both ends of the tube case. Since it can be locked when set, the tube can be easily moved and replaced. A wide range of characteristics can be obtained by adding or changing the tube case.
You can easily switch between forward and reverse rotation directions with a single switch. The MP-2010 series is a low flow rate type with a flow rate range of 0.5 to 72.5mL/h per tube. It has high discharge accuracy and excellent flow rate reproducibility. Also suitable for sending small amounts of liquid.
Optional tube adapters and dedicated short tubes are available to allow use while replacing consumable tubes. Tubes with an outer diameter of 3 to 6.1 mm can be hung in 2 routes for models MP-2000 and 2010, and 4 routes for models MP-2100 and 2110, allowing liquid to be sent to 2 or 4 locations at the same time.
Since the MP-2000A/2010A/2000B/2010B types specify processing tolerances for the tube case, by combining them with our genuine tubes that specify tolerances for tube wall thickness, variations in flow rate when replacing tubes can be avoided. There is almost no fluctuation in discharge pressure. By replacing the tube case, it is possible to change to the MP-2001 series (spring type tube case). This is a PSE (Electrical Appliance and Material Safety Act) certified product.
