About This Product
■Eco type with inverter. 47% energy saving effect
Cool Ace Eco series cooling water circulation device using an inverter system. It has an energy saving effect of approximately 47% compared to the conventional product (Model CA-1115A), contributing to reductions in power consumption and CO2 emissions.
The CAE-1020S model is equipped with an emergency stop button and alarm output terminal in consideration of use in the industrial field. If the built-in pump does not have sufficient capacity, we will manufacture a high-pressure pump type separately. (Special order available)
Since there is no cooling water tank, the amount of heat medium can be significantly reduced. (Usage of approximately 3L per year) The closed circulation system, which has low moisture absorption and evaporation, does not come into contact with air, so there is almost no structural change in the heating medium. Since it quickly cools down to the set temperature, you can save power by turning off the power when not in use. This product complies with the RoHS Directive.
Suitable for industrial fields and equipment integration
■Supplies stable brine without condensation
Closed circulation system with no moisture absorption or evaporation. Since the heat exchanger and the lid are separate, there is no condensation on the lid. The small opening of the tank reduces brine absorption, denaturation, and frequency of replacement and replenishment.
■Quickly cools down to set temperature
The conventional model CA-1115A takes about 55 minutes to reach the set temperature (-15℃), and the CAE-1020A takes about 13 minutes to reach the set temperature. It cools quickly, so there is no need to keep the power on all the time. Contributes to power saving and cost reduction.
