As demands for water quality levels increase, such as mineral water, food raw material water, and pure water and ultrapure water essential in the semiconductor and electronic fields, we have developed a new sterilization method in fields where conventional heat sterilization and chemical treatment were not possible. We offer ultraviolet sterilization equipped with our own original ultraviolet lamp.
Water sterilization using ultraviolet rays is a clean sterilization method because it does not require large equipment or large amounts of heat like heat sterilization, and does not affect water quality like chemical sterilization.

This is a running water type ultraviolet sterilizer that can instantly sterilize large amounts of water, such as pure water used in semiconductor and electronic component manufacturing, industrial water, and food raw water.

■Improve UV irradiation efficiency
This is a running water type ultraviolet sterilizer that can instantly sterilize large amounts of water, such as pure water used in semiconductor and electronic component manufacturing, industrial water, and food raw water. The basic configuration consists of an irradiation tank equipped with a lamp and a power supply, and the power supply panel controls things such as turning on and off the lamp, monitoring the lamp lighting status, detecting water leaks, and operating external signals.
■Long-life UV lamp reduces running costs
When a UV lamp is turned on for a certain period of time, its UV output gradually decreases. We have succeeded in increasing the UV output to a maintenance rate of 80% in 9,000 hours.
■Amalgam lamp that is less affected by water temperature fluctuations
The newly developed high-output amalgam lamp has little drop in UV output due to fluctuations in water temperature and can maintain stable performance. This makes it possible to sterilize water at high temperatures, which was previously difficult.
■Low number of consumables reduces running costs
There are only a few consumables, such as a UV lamp, and the cost is low. Additionally, parts can be easily replaced, reducing the amount of work required.
■Internal structure
Inside the cylinder is an ultraviolet lamp and a quartz glass sleeve that protects the lamp. Bacteria and viruses are instantly sterilized while water is passed through the cylinder while stirring.
